Boris Ipsum

Boris Ipsum is a German artist who explores mathematical and architectural references along with graphic design to develop forms using paper and cardboard. After graduating from the Konstanz University of Applied Sciences, he worked as an art director for several advertising agencies before retiring to produce art full time in 2015. Ipsum uses geometry and symmetry to incite disorientation through pattern. His multilayered images question the fragility and instability of our seemingly certain reality. All works are cut by hand.
